Formerly part of the Montparnasse station complex, the development articulates with the district by its precise alignments, levelling and volumetry. Buildings have a contemporary and perennial parisian identity and are divided into lots of 25 to 40 residences, entrusted to different architects.
Parisian reference features insure the overall unity of the street : buildings bases have a robust texture; main bodies are covered with the typically parisian light stone, and louvered shutters endow the facades with detailed refinement; the tops of the buildings have freer forms and include terrace gardens : Vaugirard district is today embellished by a new street, parisian and contemporary…
