Located at the begining of the rambla - which will connect the tramway station to the agroparc - the residences enjoy the presence of balconies sheltered by sliding blinds. This large vibrating panel echoes the nearby buildings, and is surface-mounted on a large crowned volume: the angle of the rambla is laid.
