Close to the center of Hanoï, an ambitious retrofitting project of an industrial site: 7 skyscrapers of 50 floors each. We propose a masterplan and architectural regulations in reference to the verticality of Vietnam most famous landscape feature: Halong Bay. The towers are covered by a metal mesh that gives the «royal city of Halong Bay» a mysterious and single sparkle in the urban landscape, at night. Outdoors pedestrians spaces are slightly undulating, with gardens inspired of the luxuriant vietnamese vegetation. A white, red, green, yellow and black palette is studied thoroughly in order to reinforce the harmony of the project.
