Richez Associes

This new district slopes gently down from the foot of the hill, on top of the Seine plain. This layout allows views on the river and inspires a dense green framework which became the two keystones of the project. We established, organised and regulate the urban frame and public spaces with the concept of «eco-connector» which is also a sustainability lever in a territorial point of view, thanks to ecological continuities and new inter-district connexions. The project will be eventually crossed by a tramway, riding on a peaceful avenue. Large footpaths and gardens will spread into the city blocks and beyond, on the plain or towards the districts overlokking the Seine.
