The Ministry of Ecology, Energy, Sustainable Development and Land Planning gathers most of its laboratories in an “XXL” building with ambitious environmental aims; the offices are organized around a bioclimatic atrium, crossed by a bridge accommodating facilities. The facades receive two lines of fenestration per floor, in order to maximize the lighting contribution and minimize thermal losses. The building gives the campus a garden and terrace, and contributes in a positive manner to its immediate environment…
