• Two awards this past semester: an Archi Design Club Award in the category ‘Logement - Grand collectif’ (Housing - Large Estates) conferred in March to One, housing built at the foot of the Grande Arche with Farshid Moussavi for Les Nouveaux Constructeurs, and ‘Les Défis Urbains’ (Urban Challenges) award in the Urban Renewal/Downtown Renovation category attributed by Innovapresse in June for the Notre-Dame-de-Gravenchon city centre project, redeveloped in partnership with Compagnie du Paysage, undertaken by SHEMA (Société Hérouvillaise d’Economie Mixte pour l’Aménagement).

• And many successful outcomes this semester:
Our cable car proposal in Saint-Denis, Reunion Island is succesful! To be completed end 2019, our first cable car will be in the tropics.
Meanwhile, Orléans awarded us the rehabilitation/remodelling project of the former Vinaigreries Dessaux that incorporates a portion of the Roman city wall into a venue dedicated to the visual and plastic arts;
Toulouse entrusted us the P3 silo car park in La Cartoucherie neighbourhood - its symbol: a large facade of champagne coloured woven on the slab edges perforated metal sheet; Cergy invites us to redevelop the Préfecture exchange hub - the bus station will become Place Basse in the city centre, and Geneva commissions the extension of tram Line 15 from the Place des Nations to the airport and the French border; while Ile-de-France Mobilités (formerly STIF) commissions T Zen 5 which will cross our planted bridge currently under construction in Vitry-les-Ardoines.
Along with three development projects in partnership with Sodevam near Thionville - all these new commissions cover almost the full range of our activity!

We were less lucky with our competition projects for 140 housing units in Champs-sur-Marne with Les Nouveaux Constructeurs ; the urban renovation of Mosson district in Montpellier ; the City-Port project of La Grande-Motte, proposed with 2-Portzamparc, and for 60 housing units in Saint-Maur-des-Fossés…

After Les Grisettes in Montpellier, Richez_Associés news also include the attribution of the EcoQuartier label to the Rouget de Lisle neighbourhood in Vitry-sur-Seine (Phase 2), and the Meuniers in Bessancourt (Phase 1); this urban sponge neighbourhood is undertaken by Grand Paris Aménagement with Bruel-Delmar as designer of public spaces, based on a concept by Jacques Coulon.

• 3 office buildings under Design Stage, in Laval with ADIM; in Reims and Troyes with Citanium.

• And 3 important construction sites have just commenced. The maintenance site for Line 15 of the Grand Paris Express in Champigny (150 M€ / Egis Bâtiments project leader), the T9 Paris-Orly tramway (200 M€ / Ingérop project leader) and, last but not least, the Saint-Omer eco-digital station (16 M€ with Nathalie T'Kint). Deliveries between 2019-24...
